Yorkville is a neighborhood within the Upper East Side with a relaxing, calm atmosphere. For years, it was a very popular area for college students and young professionals thanks to its many affordable apartment options. Today, however, it is common to see new luxury high rises under construction in Yorkville. The neighborhood has a very homey atmosphere thanks to its wealth of green spaces and beautiful architecture. Yorkville is accessible by multiple subway lines, but with the addition of the new Second Avenue Subway, residents can expect to have even easier access to the rest of the city.
